The Full Moon bag is inspired by the 80s bum bag, blown up to fit all your essentials, from your wallet, phone, e-reader sunglasses, makeup to even a small water bottle. Thanks to its multi-functional and adjustable strap, you can wear it on the hip, as a shoulder bag, or crossbody.
Since Nov 2023 I also started making the Moon bag in 2 new sizes. The Waning Moon bag (fits same as Full Moon except for e-reader and water bottle) and the New Moon bag. (fits same as Full Moon except for e-reader, water bottle and sunglasses)
All Moon bags are handmade by me in my atelier. I make small amounts so every bag stays unique and special.
I use mostly European cow leather from, as much as I can, durable tanneries. Or I use stock leathers and residue pieces.
I prefer to use vegetable tanned leather which will age very nicely over the years and will become your unique personal piece. (please check product care instructions) Some styles are made in chrome-tanned leather, also selected carefully. This leather is easy to use, will keep its original color, and can handle bad weather conditions.
You can customize your bag in the colors you like and with different straps, braids, whip lacing, and toggles. (you can add this in small leather goods or DM me)The choice is yours. info@galektica.com
